The six things that eat your front desk.

A member joins in March. Prorate to your common renewal date or start a fresh twelve month term. The amount is worked out either way.
A member cancels in month seven. The refund is calculated to the day and issued, and our fee comes back to you with it.
The annual fee is a lot to pay at once. Split it across installments on any cadence. The schedule is tracked so nobody has to remember it.
No two members pay the same. Legacy rates, founding rates, courtesy rates, household rates. Set the rule once and it applies at renewal.
You raise your fee. New agreements go out. Existing members stay on the terms they signed until you decide otherwise.
A payment fails quietly. Follow-up runs automatically until it resolves, and you see what was recovered.
