Adam El-Gerbi

Founder & CEO

Adam brings over 15 years of technology leadership and a unique insider's perspective to MedAlly. For more than five years, he consulted directly with one of the nation's leading concierge medicine platforms, working across every critical function from billing and sales to patient onboarding, cancellations, and IT infrastructure. As a senior consultant collaborating with the CEO and department heads, he gained comprehensive, hands-on experience in all aspects of concierge medicine operations. This 360-degree view of the business gave him deep insights into what makes concierge transitions succeed, and where existing solutions fall short on both pricing and physician support.

Before founding MedAlly, Adam led technical transformations across multiple industries, from healthcare to real estate, to entertainment and accounting, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both scale operations and agile innovation. His expertise in payment processing, healthcare tech, and data systems combined with his firsthand knowledge of concierge medicine operations enables MedAlly to offer physicians the strategic guidance and technical excellence that comes from years of seeing what truly works. Through his consulting experience, Adam was surprised to discover the high fees physicians were paying for concierge medicine services and recognized that far greater efficiency and value could be delivered to doctors who invested years in medical school and decades building their practices. This realization inspired him to create MedAlly as a true partnership that respects both physicians' expertise and their investment in their careers.

Andrey Tyurin

Co-Founder & CTO

Andrey brings over 20 years of software engineering excellence to lead our technology vision. With a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics, he combines strong theoretical foundations with extensive hands-on experience across the full technology stack. His expertise spans cloud infrastructure (GCP, Kubernetes, Docker), enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Oracle, MS Dynamics), and modern development practices including microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines. He spearheaded critical initiatives including designing scalable cloud infrastructure, implementing machine learning solutions for text classification, and leading the integration of major CRM platforms. Andrey has a proven track record of optimizing system performance while mentoring other software engineers and driving technical innovation. His experience ranges from building payment systems, real-time communication platforms, AI-powered chatbots, NLP services to implementing working MVP concepts from scratch.

As CTO, Andrey focuses on building scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
